Registered Nurse (Telemetry) Night Shift

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shift: Night ($5/hr Shift Differential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Telemetry Unit.
• Monitor patients vital signs ECG rhythms and respond to cardiac changes.
• Administer medications treatments and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions treatments and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in telemetry cardiac or critical care preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong critical thinking problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
