Registered Nurse | Surgery

Summary

Join the Surgery team in Redwood Falls! This position includes varied duties with a focus on admitting and discharging. The department leadership is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety kindness and collaboration ensuring a stable and caring environment for both patients and staff.

• Coordinate and/or supervisecare by other professionals on your team.
• Perform duties related toassessing diagnosing planning implementing and evaluating as you deliver patient care.
• Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families.

Schedule

• Casual position working varied weekday Day shifts No set schedule
• No call weekends or holidays

Pay

Pay based on experience and degree-Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

• Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour

  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour

  • Masters in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• Current Minnesota RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians interdisciplinary team members patients/families and community resources.

The Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls Morton and other communities in and near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota. Its one of the newest hospital facilities in Minnesota!
