Job Summary

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP)

Location: Camden ME

Duration: 14 Weeks Contract

Shift: Day Shift 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Hours: 42.5 Hours/Week 40 Hour Guarantee
5 Days per Week

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to oversee nursing operations in a long-term care setting. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating patient care supervising nursing staff ensuring compliance with clinical standards and maintaining quality care delivery during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities on assigned shift
Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
Oversee nursing staff performance and provide guidance as needed
Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely escalation of concerns
Support care planning and interdisciplinary communication
Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and regulations
Review and support accurate clinical documentation and reporting
Assist with staffing coordination and shift coverage needs
Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations
Maintain a safe structured and therapeutic care environment
Ensure proper communication between nursing teams and management
Monitor infection control safety and quality assurance practices

Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills required
Ability to manage multiple staff and patient care priorities required
Strong knowledge of nursing standards safety and compliance regulations required
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment required
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills required
Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration required

Preferred:
Prior experience in nursing supervision or leadership role preferred
Strong clinical background in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Experience in documentation and care coordination preferred
