Were looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Same Day Surgery team at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. As part of our dedicated care team youll provide safe patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills truly matter.
Job Overview:
Day to day you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge critical thinking and judgment. Services provided by the RN include; supervising care delivered coordinating plans of care and providing education for patients/families.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
Preferred Certification/License/Experience:
12 years of clinical nursing experience (minimum)
Previous perioperative PACU pre-op or med-surg experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with pre-op assessments monitoring post-anesthesia recovery and discharge planning
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Compensation:
Hourly range $31.25-$46.88
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
