Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring Registered Nurses for the Medicine/Step Down Unit 10K.
Up to a $20000.00 Sign-on bonus for Experienced nurses and $7500 Sign on Bonus for New Grads!
Shifts:
FT (36-hours/week) - Days and Night shifts available.
Facility/Unit:
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital a 569-bed tertiary care facility is home to the areas only Level I Trauma Center and burn trauma unit.

Job Description:
Sentara is a career destination for professional nursing. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves assessing patient needs developing individualized care plans delivering treatments and supporting patients and families with education and compassionate service. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress make clinical adjustments and advocate for the best patient outcomes ensuring safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.
Education
ADN required BSN or higher preferred
Certification/Licensure
RN VA or Compact State license in good standing.
