Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute is a state-of-the-art 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital designed to support patients through recovery with advanced equipment and specialized care environments. Our collaborative multidisciplinary team fosters a supportive culture focused on patient outcomes professional growth and work-life balance.

Youll work alongside experienced clinicians providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from stroke neurological conditions brain or spinal cord injuries and other complex conditions.

How youll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs

• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions

• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient

• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record

• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

What were looking for

Applicants should have an active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.

Additional requirements include:

• Associates degree required - Bachelors degree preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• One year of experience preferred
