Our Rehabilitationunit is17-beds and our team provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing processin accordance withapplicable scope and standards of practice and reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

Howyoullcontribute

A Registered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
• Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions
• Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
• Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments

Whatwerelooking for:
Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa associates degree from an accredited nursing include:

• BLS Required
• ACLS PALS and Handle with Care preferred
• One year of experience requried
