Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) PACU

Location: Napa CA

Duration: 13 Weeks

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong post-operative recovery experience and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Manage pain control and post-operative complications.
Collaborate with physicians anesthesiologists and healthcare teams.
Provide patient and family education regarding recovery and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Minimum of 2 years of PACU or critical care nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment monitoring and patient care skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical recovery environment.

Day Shift
5x8 Hour Shifts
Typical Start Times: 9:00 AM 10:00 AM or 1:30 PM based on surgical schedule and unit needs.
40 Hours Per Week
