Registered Nurse (RN) Odessa FL
A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join its patient care team in Clearwater Florida. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and professional standards
Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as appropriate
Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions and care needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Follow company policies safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
