Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care in acute care hospital environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated evidence-based treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments interventions and outcomes.
- Adhere to all U.S. healthcare standards protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Adapt to diverse clinical settings shifts and patient populations with professionalism and resilience.
Requirements
- Age 18 to 34 Years
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing (preferred).
- Minimum 12 months of recent clinical experience in acute care hospital settings (80 bed capacity preferred).
- Experience in one or more of the following specialties: ICU Medical-Surgical HDU Emergency Room (ER) Operating Room (OR).
- Active unrestricted RN license in the home country -South Africa
- English proficiency demonstrated through IELTS or OET (preferred).
- NCLEX eligibility or completion (candidates preparing for or yet to take NCLEX are welcome to apply).
- Continuous clinical work history with no significant employment gaps.
- Willingness to relocate permanently and commit to long-term employment in the United States.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts and diverse clinical environments.
