We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong neonatal assessment skills and experience caring for medically complex infants.

• Night Shift
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 6:45 PM 7:15 AM

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• 63 Beds
• Level II Trauma Center
• Care of premature and critically ill infants
• Collaborative multidisciplinary neonatal care team

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• BLS

• RNC-NIC Certification

• NICU experience required
• Ability to provide care for premature and high-risk neonates

• Neonatal Assessment and Monitoring
• Premature Infant Care
• Neonatal Resuscitation
• Ventilator and Respiratory Support Monitoring
• IV Therapy and Medication Administration
• Family Education and Support
• Developmental Care Practices
• Critical Care Documentation
• Emergency Response and Stabilization

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients
• Monitor and assess infant condition and response to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support parents and family members
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Participate in emergency neonatal interventions when necessary
