Position: Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate
Location: Richmond Heights MO
Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night 6:45-7:15 every third weekend in rotation
Compensation starting: $37 based on years of experience (LPN credit 2:1)
Competitive Shift Differentials for Nights ($5.50) and Weekends ($3)
Sign-On Bonus:$20k Nights until 7/31/26! $15k Days

Applicants may apply before being licensed however must have a license upon start date.
In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor you will ensure implementation of the assessment plan evaluation and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
- Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical emotional social educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
- Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification nursing diagnosis nursing orders approaches interventions short/long term goals and discharge planning.
- Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment planning implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete factual accurate and timely.
Minimum requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN License is required.
- BLS required at hire
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
*Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employees first day of work.*
