THE ROLE
Our client a healthcare facility in Las Cruces NM is seeking a full-time permanent Registered Nurse (RN) for their Medical-Surgical unit. This direct-hire position is open to junior-level RNs and requires on-site presence at a specific location. The successful candidate will deliver direct patient care within an acute care setting working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe high-quality outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Valid RN License in New Mexico or Compact licence - current and in good standing
- BLS certification - current
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) - minimum
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
