We are offering this limited-time incentive for qualified new hires who join our team during the months of June July or August.

• $5000 Sign-On Bonus
• Applies to eligible 2nd Shift positions only (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)
• Valid for hires starting between June 1 August 31

Pay Range:
RN: $34.00 to $39.40 per hour base rate depending on experience

Weekday Differentials:

• $2/hr for 2nd shift

• $5/hr for 3rd shift

Weekend Differentials:

• $2/hr for 1st shift

• $3/hr for 2nd shift

• $6.50/hr for 3rd shift

Flexible Scheduling: Supportive of work/life balance with flexible shifts and scheduling.

• Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies standards of care and state and federal regulations

• Assess plan implement and monitor resident care plans collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed

• Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
