About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated womens services team in Lubbock TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor delivery recovery and postpartum process.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
Assist physicians and healthcare providers during deliveries and procedures
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families regarding childbirth recovery and newborn care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications
Active RN License (Texas or Compact State License)
Current BLS ACLS and NRP Certifications
Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
