Location: Kodiak AK

Shift: Variable Shift 3x12 Hours

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a critical access hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing laboring patients fetal monitoring postpartum care and obstetrical emergencies.

• Active RN License

• ACLS Certification

• BLS Certification

• NRP Certification

• AWHONN Intermediate Certification

• Minimum 1 Year of Labor & Delivery Experience

• Ability to float within scope of practice as needed

• EPIC experience preferred

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor and delivery

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being

• Perform fetal heart monitoring and assessments

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Assist physicians and providers during deliveries

• Respond to obstetrical emergencies and complications

• Educate patients and families regarding labor delivery and postpartum care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
