Baystate Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for inpatient Med/Surg and Medical/Surgical nursing positions across our healthcare system in Western Massachusetts.

As an Inpatient RN you will care for adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions while developing your clinical judgment assessment prioritization and care coordination skills.

• Full-time and part-time day shift opportunities are available.

Our inpatient Medical/Surgical units care for patients with a broad range of acute and complex medical and surgical needs.

Depending on the unit and location Med/Surg RNs may care for patients requiring:

• Medical/Surgical care

• Acute medical management

• Surgical and post-operative care

• Telemetry and cardiac monitoring

• Neurological care

• Renal care

• Orthopedic care

• Oncology-related care

• Observation-level care

• Higher-acuity Medical/Surgical care
