Heres What You Need

Education

Nursing Diploma required Or

Associates Degree Nursing required Or

Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred

Experience

Radiology / IR experience strongly preferred

Critical care experience is strongly preferred if without radiology /IRexperience.

Moderate sedation experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required And

NIHSS- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 30 days required And

CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required

What You Will Do

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
Assesses the patient
Plans the care of the patient
Intervenes as appropriate and evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care
Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information
Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift inter-hospital while expediting outof hospital transfers

The ground floor houses a breast imaging center outpatient physical therapy cardiac rehabilitation and an internal medicine residency program.
