This position requires prior dialysis experience to ensure seamless integration into our clinical teams and high-quality continuity of care for our patients.
Deliver direct patient care in various outpatient dialysis settings within the local float pool.
Monitor patients manage complex treatment plans and respond to acute health changes.
Collaborate with diverse clinical teams including Patient Care Technicians across different locations.
Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.
Travel to nearby clinics is required; mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between clinic locations.
Fast-paced hands-on environment across a variety of clinical settings.
Long-term patient relationships within the regional community.
Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients.
Shift Structure: Three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12s).
Availability: Full availability is required Monday through Saturday.
Predictability: Your specific schedule will be provided one month in advance to help you manage your work-life balance.
Required: Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience in a dialysis setting.
RN license in the state of practice.
ADN required; BSN preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
Reliable transportation is required for floating between clinics.
Experience in ICU CCU ER or Med Surg.
CNN/CDN certification.
Mileage reimbursement for float travel.
