Job Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN Float Pool nurse to provide patient care across multiple hospital units in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with patients families and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Respond to emergencies and maintain patient safety
• Use effective communication methods including SBAR

Requirements

• Active RN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Nursing Diploma required BSN preferred
• Acute care experience required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Float Pool experience preferred
