Join the dedicated Emergency Room team at Saline Memorial Hospital where youll make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional care to patients during some of their most critical moments. As an ER Registered Nurse you will assess plan implement and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced collaborative environment while working alongside skilled physicians and healthcare professionals. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7 and is part of a Level III Trauma Center and designated Stroke Center offering advanced emergency care close to home. We are looking for compassionate adaptable nurses who thrive under pressure demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and are committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care when it matters most

Howyoullcontribute

ARegistered Nursewho excels in this role:

• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration specimen collection clinical treatments and other medical care activities.

• Documents patient care provided.

• Monitors records and communicates patient condition to the care team physician patient and family.

• Assists patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.

• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care including transfers discharges referrals and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.

• Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age culture condition and circumstances.

• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.

• Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.

• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Whatwerelooking for

Applicants should have a currentstateor compact state RN licenseandpossessanassociatesdegree from an accredited nursing include:

• Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS and TNCC Required

• Licenses:Must have a currentstateor compact state RN license.

• Education: Associates degreerequired. BSN preferred.

• Previous ER experience required
