How youll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Oversees daily operations of the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health services
• Directs clinical programs workflow staffing and departmental administration
• Ensures highquality safe and compliant patient care across all age groups
• Develops implements and evaluates departmental policies procedures and performance standards
• Provides clinical consultation and support to ensure optimal patient flow and care delivery
• Mentors coaches and develops staff including charge nurses and preceptors
• Ensures regulatory compliance readiness and adherence to hospital and accrediting body standards
• Leads departmental budgeting productivity monitoring and resource management
• Collaborates with physicians hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluates patient care outcomes and drives continuous improvement initiatives

What were looking for a decisive collaborative nursing leader with deep emergency care expertise.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 5 years of Emergency Room or Behavioral Health experience
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership or management experience
• BLS certification required (or obtained within first week of hire)
• ACLS and PALS required
• TNCC required within 12 months of hire
• Handle With Care certification required within 6 months of hire
• Strong criticalthinking skills and ability to lead under pressure
