Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN will assess plan implement and evaluate patient care while managing critical and complex patient conditions.

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience
Minimum 1 year of ER travel experience
Active Massachusetts RN License
BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification required
Strong IV therapy IV start ventilator care and telemetry monitoring skills
Ability to pass Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
TNCC Certification preferred
ENPC Certification preferred
PALS Certification preferred
De-escalation Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient care through assessment planning implementation and evaluation
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Maintain accurate and current patient records
Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare team members
Provide patient and family education
Function as charge nurse and clinical resource when needed
Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection control policies
Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
Support ancillary staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families
