Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team atDermott City Nursing Home in Dermott AR. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment.

• Assess and monitor patients health conditions and administer treatments or medications as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient information and care provided.
• Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
• Proven experience in nursing preferably within a long-term care or nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform patient assessments and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize patient care effectively.
