Schedule: 8-hour Day shifts M-F 7:30a 4p or 8a 4:30p

Join a supportive patient-centered team caring for patients with complex gastrointestinal and liver conditions. As an RN Coordinator youll play a key role in care coordination patient education triage and collaboration with providers to deliver seamless high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialized expertise while making a meaningful impact on patients lives in a collaborative outpatient setting.

How youll contribute

A Clinic Care Coordinator RNwho excels in this role:

• Coordinates staff scheduling educational/development activities and performance evaluations.

• Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.

• Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.

• Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care patient flow and clinicalstandards policies and procedures.

• Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements including accreditation legal and The JointCommission.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associates degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelors preferred).

Additional requirements include

• Basic Life SupportHealth Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

• Five (4) years of healthcare experience
