Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)with strong expertise in bothCardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR)procedures. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and radiology procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Schedule

• 4 x 10-Hour Day Shifts

• 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

• 810 Call Shifts Per Month

• 12 Weekend Call Rotations Per Month

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.

• Monitor and care for patients undergoing cardiac and vascular interventions.

• Administer and monitor procedural sedation.

• Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy as required.

• Assist with angioplasty PCI stent placements Impella and IABP procedures.

• Support Interventional Radiology procedures including biopsies drain placements embolizations nephrostomies and vascular access procedures.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergency situations.

• Administer cardiac medications antiarrhythmics antihypertensives and emergency medications.

• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC.

• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

• Active RN License

• Minimum 2 Years of Cath Lab Experience

• Experience in Both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Required

• ACLS Certification

• BLS Certification

• EPIC Experience Required

• Cardiac Catheterization Procedures

• Cardiac Stent Placement

• Left & Right Heart Catheterization

• Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)

• Impella & IABP Management

• Pacemaker/Defibrillator Lead Extraction

• Swan Ganz Monitoring

• Angioplasty Procedures

• Procedural Sedation Administration & Monitoring

• PICC & Central Line Placement

• Endovascular Interventions

• IR Procedures Including Biopsy Embolization Nephrostomy & Drain Placement

• Phlebotomy and IV Placement

• Cardiac Cath Patients requiring diagnostic and interventional procedures

• Interventional Radiology patients requiring biopsies drains tubes and vascular procedures
