  • RN PIB: $45.00/hr PRN: $43.00/hr plus shift differential for applicable positions.
• Sign-On Incentive: Full-time RegisteredNurses (RNs) are eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus. Bonus is subject to a 12-month employment commitment and paid according to the organizations sign-on incentive program guidelines.

What Youll Do

• Provide compassionate holistic nursing care to residents
• Perform assessments monitor conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support residents physical emotional and mental well-being
• Communicate effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
• Foster a safe respectful and supportive environment for all residents

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults or in senior living setting
