Pay:$50.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday Mon & Thurs 10:30am-12:30pm (Snellville) Mon-Fri 4:30p-6:30p (Conyers)

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
• Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
• Monitor patient conditions administer medications and manage care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team

• Full-time: 30 hours per week
• Day shifts (Monday Friday)
• Every other weekend required

• $50.00 per hour

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Willingness to travel between client homes
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach
• Home health experience is a plus but not required
