Fox Subacute is actively seeking motivated experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to fill our day and night shift positions at our hospital-affiliated subacute and ventilator care facility in South Philadelphia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-acuity step-downlevel environment while building meaningful long-term relationships with residents.

Fox Subacute is the largest and oldest ventilator facility in Pennsylvania providing specialized care to clinically complex respiratory and ventilator-dependent residents in a 53-bed setting.

Work alongside an experienced and supportive team of:

• Cardiologists

• Internal Medicine Physicians

• Nurse Practitioners

• Respiratory Therapists

• Registered Nurses LPNs and CNAs
  

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ventilator-dependent and medically complex residents

• Monitor assess and document resident conditions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols

• Maintain compliance with all state federal and facility regulations
  

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing

• American Heart or Red cross BLS/CPR certification (current or ability to obtain upon hire)

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights weekends and holidays as scheduled

• Strong clinical assessment communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-acuity environment

• Willingness to learn ventilator care (training provided)

• Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing preferred
