Pay Rate: $42.00/hr $44.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required

About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a psychiatric night shift contract opportunity in Lawton OK. This role supports behavioral health patients across psychiatric adult adolescent pediatric and geriatric care needs in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric patients

Monitor patient behavior safety and clinical condition

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Support crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed

Maintain a safe and therapeutic care environment

Document patient care accurately in McKesson

Collaborate with providers and behavioral health team members
Requirements
-
Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse License required

Minimum 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience required

BLS certification required

Experience with adult adolescent pediatric or geriatric psychiatric patients preferred

Must be able to work night shift and holiday coverage

Strong communication observation and patient safety skills required
