Job Summary
A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership support evidence-based practice initiatives and promote excellence in patient care. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about quality improvement staff development and advancing nursing practice within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Support the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices
Evaluate clinical processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement
Provide guidance education and mentorship to nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes
Participate in clinical program development and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with staff education training and competency development
Analyze patient care practices and recommend process enhancements
Support research quality initiatives and organizational change efforts
Promote compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements
Serve as a clinical resource for nursing teams and healthcare professionals
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Bachelors degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous nursing leadership education quality improvement or specialty practice experience preferred
Strong communication presentation and project management skills
Experience supporting evidence-based practice and clinical improvement initiatives preferred
Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
