Job Description:
FUNCTIONS:
1. Triage patient calls.
2. Medication Orders.
3. Coordinate patient care and patient documents.
4. Perform Nursing Duties.
5. Serves as resource for all staff.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- RN or LPN Louisiana State Board of Nursing license required
- Phone triage experience highly preferred
- Oncology Infusion and/or Hospice experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of pain management oncology nursing preferred
