Job Title: Registered Nurse Outpatient Clinic Float

Location: Great Falls MT

Shift Details: Day Shift 5x8 Hours (Clinic Schedule)
Position Type: Direct Placement

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Clinic nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in outpatient settings

• Provide professional nursing care to outpatient clinic patients
• Assist providers in patient care coordination and clinical workflow
• Serve as primary liaison between patients providers and staff
• Supervise and guide LPNs CNAs and scheduling staff as needed
• Support clinical documentation and patient care processes
• Ensure adherence to clinic standards safety and protocols
• Maintain effective communication across multidisciplinary teams
• Support smooth daily clinic operations across outpatient services
