TRIA is looking to hire an RN OR Circulator to join our surgery center team!Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

Must be able to function independently in a fast-paced work environment. Teamwork and priority setting is a must. One year of operating room experience and orthopedic experience preferred. Primarily day shift with varying start times (0615-0900).Possibility to work one Saturdayshift during fourth quarter based on surgical volumes.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in ambulatory settings. Patient care may be a direct activity of the RN or it may be to coordinate and supervise patient care provided by assistive personnel. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment planning nursing diagnosis implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet Health Services policy. Previous experience preferred in the designated area.

Work Schedule:

This 0.7 FTE position is scheduled Monday through Friday with eight-hour shifts and variable start times between 6:15 AM and 9:00 AM. Occasional Saturday coverage may be required to support periods of increased patient volume.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:
    • BSN / Baccalaureate degree in nursing
  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
    • Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
    • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: Personal Computer Telephone Fax Machine Photocopier Printer and electronic medical record.

    • This position requires familiarity and compliance with matters of law regulations and internal policies affecting the employment relationship (including but not limited to FMLA ADA discrimination and harassment laws).
    • Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
