How youll contribute A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:

Performs thorough pre intra and postoperative assessments to ensure safe patient care

Anticipates the needs of the surgical team and supports efficient workflow

Provides age and procedureappropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process

Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record

Collaborates with surgeons anesthesia providers and surgical technologists to deliver highquality outcomes

What were looking for

Current North Carolina or compact state RN license required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire

Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelors degree preferred

One year of Operating Room RN experience required
