Join Our Team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Weekly Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Shift: Rotating Shift

The Johns Hopkins Hospitals NICU a premier 49-bed Level IV unit is seeking a dedicated experienced Registered Nurse. As a regional referral center we care for neonates as young as 24 weeks gestation through full-term infants with complex congenital anomalies providing a full spectrum of advanced neonatal services including neonatal care immediately after birth therapeutic hypothermia and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. Our NICU is also an integral part of the Maryland Regional Neonatal Transport Team ensuring swift and efficient ground and air transportation for our tiny patients.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• RN-Registered Nurse License (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
• 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
• Prior Level III or IV NICU experience (Preferred)

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
