About the Role

As a Registered Nurse you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity independence and choice. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team you will contribute to positive health outcomes while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and newly graduated Registered Nurses looking to establish a rewarding career in aged care.

Located in the vibrant regional city of Henty Myoora Homestead provides high-quality residential aged care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Backed by an experienced leadership team and strong corporate support our home is focused on delivering outstanding care to the local community.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for person-centred aged care
  • Experience working with people living with dementia or a willingness to develop this expertise
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster
