About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in State College PA. This role supports adult Med/Surg and Med/Surg Ortho patients during night shifts and requires strong clinical judgment communication and patient-centered nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications treatments and nursing interventions as ordered
• Monitor patient condition and evaluate response to care
• Communicate professionally with patients families and care team members
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
• Support patient safety quality care and unit standards

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Med/Surg or Med/Surg Ortho experience preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• Night shift and every-other-weekend availability required
• Holiday coverage may be required
