About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a hospital-based Medical-Surgical team in a permanent position.

This opportunity is open to both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs. You will work alongside an experienced healthcare team while providing safe compassionate and high-quality care to Medical-Surgical patients.

Compensation & Benefits

$29.00 $43.00 per hour based on education and experience
Additional $2.00/hour shift and weekend differential
Up to $5000 relocation allowance
Permanent employment
36 hours per week
No on-call requirement
New graduates welcome to apply

Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

New Graduates

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to MedSurg patients
Assess patients and monitor changes in their condition
Develop implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies
Monitor vital signs symptoms and patient progress
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families regarding treatment medications and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Follow infection prevention patient safety and clinical protocols
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Support a positive and collaborative patient-care environment
