About the Role
As an Acute Care RN you will provide comprehensive professional nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs. Youll be responsible for delivering coordinated therapeutic and compassionate carealways grounded in evidencebased practice and aligned with the ANA Code of Ethics ANA Scope & Standards and the Nurse Practice Act for the state of Montana.
Youll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams support patients and families through critical moments and uphold the highest standards of safety quality and clinical excellence.
What Youll Do
- Deliver highquality patientcentered nursing care in an acute care setting.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care strategies based on physical emotional and spiritual needs.
- Maintain compliance with professional regulatory and organizational standards.
- Utilize evidencebased practices and unit-specific competencies outlined in onboarding and specialty standards.
- Collaborate with physicians care teams and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
