Pay Rate: $1900 To $2160 /Week

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts 6:30 PM 7:00 AM

Experience: Surgical unit or Med Surg experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a Surgical Unit Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Janesville Wisconsin. This role primarily supports an adult surgical unit with a few pediatric beds and requires strong nursing assessment medication administration care planning documentation and the ability to float to other units as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care for adult surgical and med surg patients

Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and facility policy

Develop initiate and update individualized patient care plans

Document patient care accurately using EPIC and follow standards of care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and escalate patient safety concerns appropriately

Requirements

Active Wisconsin RN License Required

BLS/BCLS Certification Required

NIHSS Certification Required

Education Verification Required

Must be available for night shifts every other weekend holiday coverage and floating as needed
