As a Medical/Surgical RN you will provide comprehensive patient-centered care to a diverse patient population while serving as an essential member of the healthcare team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver safe high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment diagnosis planning implementation and evaluation
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Coordinate and direct nursing care based on established clinical practices and standards
• Collaborate with physicians therapists case managers and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans medications and discharge instructions
• Advocate for patients while promoting safety quality and compassionate care
• Accurately document patient assessments interventions and outcomes
• Coordinate care communicate results and support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Red Cross BLS certification upon hire

• One year of previous clinical nursing experience
