Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

We are hiring Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical for one of our clients in Utica NY.

Job Description:

• Unit: MS Stroke Stepdown Patients
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Unit Specifics: Common Diagnosis - Stroke altered mental status renal dialysis COPD CHF isolation general med surg pneumonia pulmonary issues.
• Specialty Equipment- IV pumps N/G tubes feeding tubes
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Number of Beds in the Unit: 64

Submission Requirements:

• WILL TAKES LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
• Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in MS with stroke stepdown experience and documents travel experience.
• TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
• Current AHA BLS NIHSS NIH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS UNIT (can be obtained prior to start)
• NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN Licenses.
• RTO MUST be included at time of submission
• EMR Exp: EPIC

Work hours:

• Shift: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
• Floating Required: Yes
