Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The RN will manage a diverse patient population support interdisciplinary care teams and deliver safe effective nursing care while maintaining hospital standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care for medical-surgical patients

• Monitor and assess patient conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Manage patient care assignments with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio

• Float between units as needed

• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately

• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards

• Support admissions discharges and ongoing care coordination

Required Skills & Experience:

• Medical Surgical nursing experience required

• Epic EMR experience required (Hardstop requirement)

• Ability to work in high-acuity acute care environment

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently

• First-time travelers accepted
