Job Summary
Provide high-quality patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process and maintaining accountability for assigned patients. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions delivered by the care team. Uphold patient rights and maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions. Perform all duties in alignment with Mercys mission values and Service Standards demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence compassion and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree Diploma or BSN).
Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
Certifications: American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
