Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)

Schedule: Days (07:00 AM 07:00 PM) & Nights (07:00 PM 07:00 AM) Rotating Weekends 36 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $29.92 - $44.88/Hour
Night Shift Differential: $4.00/Hour

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills excellent patient assessment abilities and acute care experience.

• ADN or RN Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License.

• BLS Certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience.

• Strong assessment communication and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work rotating weekends.

• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
