Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care administering medications monitoring patient progress and collaborating with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Coordinate care with physicians therapists and other healthcare staff
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery process
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Prior rehabilitation med/surg or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced patient-centered environment
