Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Vestal NY

Job Type: Contract Local & Traveler

Schedule: Night Shift 5x8 Hours 10:45 PM 07:15 AM 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate:

• Local: $1600 - $1700/Week

• Traveler: $1900 - $1950/Week

We are seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care facility supporting rehabilitation Alzheimers and dementia residents. The ideal candidate will have LTC experience and strong medication administration and resident care skills.

• Active New York RN License required.

• BLS Certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.

• Acute Rehab Med-Surg or Acute Care experience considered.

• Experience with medication administration and resident assessments.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Provide nursing care to LTC and rehabilitation residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.

• Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units.

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
