Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 16 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 10:30 PM 7:45 AM (5x8-hour shifts)
• 12-hour shifts may be requested

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a state-operated long-term care facility. This large facility provides comprehensive care including skilled nursing rehabilitation services memory care and wound care. The patient population primarily includes individuals with Alzheimers disease and dementia.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
• Monitor and assess patient conditions particularly those with dementia and Alzheimers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic charting systems
• Ensure adherence to all clinical and safety standards

• Active New York State RN License (required at submission)
• Clean license with no disciplinary actions
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience preferred

Candidates with recent experience in the following settings will also be considered:

• Rehabilitation
• Medical-Surgical Units
• Acute Care / Hospital Settings
• Other relevant nursing specialties

• State/Government-operated Long-Term Care facility
• Approximately 300 beds
• Specialized in Alzheimers & Dementia care
• Charting System: PointClickCare (PCC)
• No medication pass responsibilities
• Free parking available
