Registered Nurse Long Term Care
Location: New Lisbon Wisconsin
Pay Rate: $45/hr $50/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: PM Shift 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: LTC nursing experience preferred
EMR: Meditech
About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Long-Term Care contract opportunity in New Lisbon Wisconsin. This role is ideal for an RN who is detail-oriented dependable and passionate about providing quality resident care in a nursing home setting.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day nursing care for LTC residents

Communicate significant resident condition changes to physicians and families

Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate charting

Administer medications while following the 5 Rights

Perform wound care and wound assessments as needed

Monitor residents for changes in condition

Support CNAs with call lights and resident needs

Lead floor activities and respond to care situations as needed

Report concerns related to abuse neglect or misappropriation
Requirements

Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license required

Two-year nursing degree required; four-year degree preferred

CPR/BLS certification required

Long-Term Care or related nursing experience preferred

Strong accuracy and attention to detail required

Must be able to work PM shifts and every other weekend
